4. Enchey Monastery

A small and beautiful Buddhist monastery belonging to the Nyingma order of Vajrayana Buddhism. This monastery is approximately 200 years old and is located 3 km northeast of Gangtok.

5. Gangtok Ropeway

Enjoy a cable car ride in Gangtok. The famous Gangtok ropeway double cable zig back ropeway connecting Deorali to Tashiling Secretariat. It can cover a distance of two kilometres back and forth.

6. Do Drul Chorten Stupa

Do-drul Chorten is a Buddhist religious shrine. It houses a statue of Dorje Phurba (a wrathful Buddhist deity), holy texts, and other sacrosanct objects. Outside the stupa, you will find 108 prayer wheels and two statues of Guru Rinpoche.

7. Banjhakri Falls

8. Tsomgo Lake

9. Baba Mandir

Nathula pass used to be a key trade route between India, and China. The mountain pass is in the Dongkya Range of the Himalayas. Located at a height of 4,310 m, it connects the towns of Kalimpong and Gangtok. One needs a Protected Area Permit to visit Nathula Pass.

  • Arrive at NJP Station/ Bagdora Airport. Our tour executive will pick you up and drive to your pre-booked hotel in Gangtok.
  • Upon reaching hotel check-in and the rest of the day is free to relax.

  • Your next stop is Baba Harbhajan Mandir, a shrine dedicated to the soldier of the Indian Army who laid down his life during the Sino-Indo War of 1962.
