When you submit a request to book a tour package with Sikkim Touring, we’ll promptly email you to confirm that we are arranging reservations for your desired services under your name. Once all your hotel accommodations and services are secured, we will provide you with an official tour package confirmation. This includes finalized details such as hotel names, travel dates, and the complete tour itinerary.
To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment of 30% as a token amount. The remaining 70% can be paid upon your arrival in Sikkim. This transparent process ensures trust and clarity in every step of your booking experience.
Advance Payment: A specific advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The exact amount is determined based on the nature of the services and the time remaining before the tour begins.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount can be settled either before departing from your city or upon your arrival in Sikkim, as agreed upon with our team.
Peak Seasons: During peak travel periods, such as Christmas, New Year, and major festivals, full payment in advance may be required. This will be mentioned in your tour proposal.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as per the schedule below:
Note : For special cases like train journeys or peak season bookings, cancellation policies may vary and will be communicated during booking. Flight ticket cancellations will adhere to the airline’s policy.
In the event of cancellation after your trip has begun, refunds will be limited to recoverable costs from hotels or contractors. Refunds will not be issued for unused accommodations, transportation, or meals.
For prepaid services like hotel bookings or transportation, refunds will align with the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed within 2–4 weeks after cancellation, subject to banking procedures. If credited to a credit card or bank account, any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
